Dr. Chin is a Ventura County native and  Buena High School graduate, earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Southern California. he also received a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton University.

Dr. Chin had been servicing the Thousand Oaks area in his private practice for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association as well as a member of the California Dental Association.

Known for his calm, detail-oriented approach, he facilitates a strong commitment to excellence toward positive patient care.

When he is not in the office, you can find him enjoying activities including golfing, exercising, Pilates, Tae Kwon Do, traveling and spending time with his family.
